INGREDIENTS
1chicken- cut and washed
MARINADE:
3tblsp mayo
4tblsp steers peri peri sauce
¼ teaspoon tumeric
¼ teaspoon fine jeera
½ teaspoon fine dhania (coriander)
2 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic
Salt to taste
Mix above ingredients in a bowl.
Basting:
Butter
Lemon juice
Heat together on stove or in microwave
METHOD
• Rub each piece of chicken in marinade and set in oven tray. Pour remainder marinade over.
• Cover with foil and place in preheated oven.
• After ½ an hour remove from oven and baste each piece with lemon-butter.
• Place again in oven, uncovered, until done.
• Do not dry out completely.
