2 cups cake flour..
½ cup gram flour
½ teaspoon chilli powder..
1 teaspoon turmeric..
1 teaspoon whole jeera roasted &slighly
1 teaspoon salt..
1 tablespoon sesame seeds..
1 cup Methi (Fenugreek) leaves finely chopped..
2 tablespoon oil..
Put all ingredients in a bowel and add
enough lukewarm water to make a soft
dough. Rest dough for abt 15mins.
Thereafter roll into rotis and fry
like rotis basting it with oil.

I also add a teaspoon each of flaxseeds
and sunflower seeds..
