Mango Sorbet

INGREDIENTS

4 ripe Mangoes
1 Cup white sugar
1 cup water
1 lime

METHOD

In a saucepan mix the sugar and water , leave
to boil till sugar has dissolved . set aside
to cool.
cut & cube mangoes , puree mangoes in a
blender , then add the cooled sugar water to
the pureed mangoes , also add 3 tablespoon of Lime
& blend again .
refrigerate for 2 hours , re-blend the
mangoes & then refrigerate till sorbet has
set .
