RECIPE
Clean prawns, remove shells.
Marinate in salt & lemon (or vinegar) Birco (Red Chilli Flakes) & green chillies.
In a frying pan put butter & garlic & little bit of water.
Lay prawns.
Cook for a few minutes (cover frying pan so it steamz).
When cooked add cheese...
Don't over cook or prawns get rubbery
