INGREDIENTS
Eezy Peezy Mousse ( flop proof)

250ml milk
1 packet pink and white marshmallows
1 large slab of cadbury choc
250ml fresh cream
METHOD
Melt marshmallows in milk on low heat in a sauce
pan, once marshmallows are melted add choc and
remove from heat stirring continuously.
After choc is melted add fresh cream and mix well.
Pour into desserts bowls and allow to cool.
Garnish as you like and serve.
INFO & TIPS
Variations :
Crush a box of romany creams original, mix 100 g
melted butter to bind and use as base. Pour mousse
mixture over and allow to set.
Pink mousse, use the big bag of marshmallows - pick
out only pink ones.
Instead of dairy milk use cadbury dreams, or any
other white chocolate.
Mint flavoured mousse - use a slab of cadbury mint
choc..
Use mousse to layer choc cake
(place mousse in fridge to set 4 a little while b 4 using as a filling)
Use mousse as a filling for swiss roll
