INGREDIENTS
5 cups flour
1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
1 teaspoon b/powder
1 packet yeast
1 cup sour milk
1 cup boiling water
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
2-3 teaspoon sugar
Half a tablespoon dried parsley
METHOD
Sift the dry ingredients. Mix the wet ingredients
together and make a soft dough. (make sure the wet
ingredients are luke warm to aid in the rising of the
dough)Leave to rise. Coil into balls, roll into roti. Fry
as per roti brush with garlic butter
