I'm a thirty something mom of three who loves pottering
around in the kitchen! My love for experimenting with
food started at a very young age. Which is why my kids
also love baking and cooking too.

INGREDIENTS
1 litre juice, chilled (preferably 100% juice, I used apple juice)
about 6-8 rooibos teabags
250ml boiling water
3 tablespoons honey
mint sprigs & lemon slices, sliced apple or chunks of strawberries to garnish

METHOD
Steep teabags in boiling water until the
water has cooled down completely. Remove
teabags & squeeze out excess water. In a
large jug combine tea & chilled juice, stir
to mix thoroughly. Return iced tea to juice
bottle & refrigerate until ready to serve.
If you're going to serve iced tea in separate
glasses use a sprig of mint to garnish & a
slice of lemon on the side of the glass.
If you're going to serve in a punch bowl,
drift pieces of strawberries, sliced apple &
lemon slices on top & garnish with sprigs of
mint.
