INGREDIENTS
                      1 chicken - dejointed
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo
2 teaspoon crushed garlic
Salt to taste
Veggies:
1 punnet mushrooms - slice
½ green pepper - julienne strip
½ red pepper - julienne strip
1 onion - cut into rings
Sauce : 
1 cup fresh cream
3-4 tablespoon tomato paste
3-4 tablespoon nandos garlic peri peri
                    
METHOD
                      1.Marinate chicken in spices and cook in 
butter.
2.Stir fry all veggies in butter,salt & 
pepper.
3. Boil sauce ingredients.
4. Place chicken in casserole, throw 
veggies over, throw sauce over.
5. Place under grill for +- 5 minutes
