2 cups self raising flour
pinch of salt
2 tablespoons sugar
Lukewarm water to make soft dough
Sift dry ingredients together in bowl. Then add slightly beaten egg to the dry ingredients and lukewarm water to make a soft sticky dough that resembles bhajia mixture
The mixture should be the same consistency as bhajia (not runny but sticky)
Leave to cook in curry of your choice for 10-12 minutes
