Jammy Biscuits

INGREDIENTS

225g butter
75g sifted icing sugar
200g self raising flour
50g maizena (corn flour)

METHOD

Beat butter and sugar well till white. Add both flours and mix to make a soft dough. Pipe into mini cup cake tins. Make a slight indentation into the centre. Bake @180 till light brown. Spoon a very little bit of jam into the centre. Dust with icing sugar.
