Aero Cake

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoon cocoa
2 tablespoon maizena (corn flour) ( corn flour)
½ cup oil
½ cup warm water

1 cup flour
1 cup castor sugar
2 ½ teaspoon baking powder
5 egg yolks
5 egg whites
45g aero chocolate ( chopped in small pieces )

METHOD

beat together first 4 ingredients
and add the flour , castor sugar,baking powder & egg yolks ,beat till smooth , make sure u beat the egg whites until stiff and then fold in the egg whites and chopped aero , pour in pan and bake @180 degrees for about 20 minutues


Nutella ganache:
1 bottle nutella
Quarter cup milk
Melt the the on low heat stirring all th time.leave to cool,then pour over cake and decorate with aero shavings.
(If ganache too thik,ad more milk)
