INGREDIENTS
Fillet of hake (woolies)
Fresh lemon juice
green dhania (coriander) chutney(made with fresh dhania (coriander) Jeeru (Cumin)
garlic salt green chillies and little mint the green
chutney we used for biryani dhai)
Fresh garlic crushed
Robertson lemon pepper little
Nandos garlic sauce
Robertson fish spice
I dont put salt becz theres salt in all spices
Garlic butter
METHOD
Take a bowl add all ingredients make a paste
marinate fish.heat garlic butter fry fish till done serve
on bed of lettuce ,lemon wedges and chips.enjoy
