1 chicken ( cut and cleaned ) Whole spices ( Elachi (cardomom) , cinnamon stick , clove , pepper ) 1 tablespoon ginger garlic 1 teaspoon red masala paste Oil 1 ½ teaspoon dhana 1 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) ½ teaspoon haldi 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon red chilli powder Saffron 3 tablespoon almond powder
Sauce : ½ packet tomato paste 1 sachet hot / mild veri peri sauce 3 tablespoon tomato sauce Butter Water
In a pot add oil whole spices and ginger garlic and red masala , braise until you can smell the paste . Add chicken and the rest of the spices me including the saffron and almond powder . Allow to cook for 30 minutes or until done , In a saucepan boil the sauces butter and 3 tablespoon water and simmer , add this to chicken and simmer , serve immediately .
