1 packet (200 g) Tennis biscuits, crushed
45 ml (3 T) butter, melted
500 ml (2 c) strawberry yoghurt
1 can (387 g) condensed milk
Drop of pink colouring
berries for decoration
Mix the crust ingredients together and press into a tart dish.
Mix the filling ingredients together and spoon into the crust.put a drop of food colouring in the centre and swirl with a pallete knife
Microwave for 5 minutes at 100 per cent power.
Allow to cool and refrigerate.
Decorate with berries of your choice
