INGREDIENTS
1 box hake fillet
1 tub dewfresh fresh cream
4-6 tablespoon mayo
1 tablespoon robertsons fish spice
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
METHOD
Wash fish and dab dry with paper towel. In a small bowl mix together salt, pepper and fish spice. Place fish in an oven pan and rub the spice mix on both sides. Leave to marinate for 1-2 hours. Bake fish at 180 degrees for 2-5mins. Add the mayo to the fish. Place pan back in the oven for 2 minutes. Add fresh cream and bake till sauce is thick.

Best served with savoury rice and chips/veggies.
