INGREDIENTS
½ cup of butter
brown sugar
1 big tin pineapple rings
cherries
1 ⅓ cups of flour
¾ cup sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
⅓ cup soft butter
2/3 cup milk
2 eggs
METHOD
1. preheat the oven to 180c and spray a round pyrex with cook and bake
2. melt the half cup of butter slowly on the stove and pour in pyrex, sprinkle with brown sugar evenly, arrange pineapple slices on the butter and sugar place cherries in the middle of each slice and on the sides
3. beat the flour sugar baking powder butter and milk for 2 minutes add the eggs one at a time and beat.
4. pour the mixture over pineapples and bake for about an hour or until done, remove from oven and immediately turn over onto plate

serve hot, warm, or cold with custard
