Marinate Steaks in
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) powder
1tspn garam masala
½ white pepper powder
1tspn lemon juice
3cups spaghetti
2 tablespoon sesame oil
Sliced mushrooms
¼ green pepper julienned
¼ yellow pepper julienned
¼ red pepper julienned
small carrot cut jullen style. 3 tablespoon soy sauce
METHOD
• BOIL SPAGHETTI IN SALTED WATER, ADDING 1 tablespoon OF OIL UNTIL DONE
• MARINATE STEAKS WITH SPICES AND STIR FRY IN OIL
• ADD IN MUSHROOMS, PEPPERS AND CARROTS AND STIR FRY TILL DONE
• ADD BOILED SPAGHETTI TO THE ABOVE AND TOSS AND TURN GENTLY
