INGREDIENTS
200 grams caster sugar
A squeeze of lemon juice
1 teaspoon Vanilla paste / extract
4 ripe avocados
250 ml milk
250 ml fresh or whipping cream
METHOD
Blend all the ingredients in a blender / food processor till the sugar is combined into the mixture
Churn in an ice cream machine
