INGREDIENTS
6 eggs boiled and shelled
cake flour
2 cups mince
¼ cup bread crumbs
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder
1 teaspoon ground jeeru (cumin)
1 tablespoon crush garlic
green masala to taste
1 tablespoon ground almounds
1 tablespoon cake flour
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped dhania (coriander)
beaten egg
bread crumbs
METHOD
Combine all the ingredients from mince to dhania (coriander). mix well.
Roll boil eggs in cake flour.
divide mince mixture in 6 portions
cover boiled eggs with mince using lightly floured hands.
dip in beaten egg and bread crumbs
deep fry or bake

alternatively use ready made mince mixture.
serve as a starter with crumbed mushrooms
