INGREDIENTS
200 g Tofu or kidney beans drained½ cup jungle oats1 cup mixed boiled vegetable (carrot,beans,peas)1 mediumsized potato boiled½ cup soya granules soaked in hot water and drained2 teaspoon green chilliSalt/ pepper to taste1 teaspoon ginger/ garlicSome corn flour mixed in waterCrushed lays crisps mixed with breadcrumbs
METHOD
In a dish mix all the ingredients and mash wellNow shape into round burger patties , dip in corn flour mixture and roll into crumb mixture . You can freeze the patties at this pointTo use -- you simply place patties in a nonstick pan with olive oil and cook on each side till golden brown , place in a wholewheat roll with salad and chilli sauce and some low oil mayonnaise Enjoy a high protein veg burger
