INGREDIENTS
1 kg chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken
Marinate in:
½ cup plain yoghurt
1 tablespoon crushed red chillies
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
1 tablespoon tandoori spice
2 teaspoon chicken spice Salt
½ teaspoon dhana
Jeeru (Cumin)
3 tablespoon tomato puree
Allow to marinate for a few hours
Fry in butter till chicken is almost done..layer in a baking tray..
Prepare the

½ cup tomato puree
¼ cup fresh cream
1 teaspoon chillie powder
Salt
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
Blob of butter
Boil together
Pour over chicken and grill in hot oven...leftover gravy in tray can
be brushed over chicken again..
