INGREDIENTS
1 litre milk1 tin condense milk1 tin big nestle dessert cream2 or 3 teaspoon china grass powder / ghasspowder2 tablespoon of milk powder / klim1 tablespoon custard powder2 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) (cardomom) powder2 tlbs rose water
METHOD
Boil milk with ghass powder, mix milk powder and custard powder in little milk, add to the boiling milk and keep boiling till come up. Remove from heat and add condense milk and ½ tin of the cream. Beat well, pour in a mould and set the mixture. After it sets turn it upside down in a serving dish. Beat ½ tin of nestle cream pour cream over pudding and decorate as desire.
