Baked Haddock With Onion And Pepper Rings

INGREDIENTS

Cover the bottom of a pyrex dish with foil. Spray some spray & cook Lay haddock in pyrex dish .Cover with onion  &  green pepper rings. Sprinkle generous amount of crushed black pepper. Dot with butter & cover with foil. Bake @ 180 for 15 minutes then remove foil  & bake till water dried up. 
Serve with garlic or plain rolls

Variation. Plain hake can also be used. Instead of plain butter use garlic butter.Add sliced mushrooms with onions  &   peppers Can serve this with wedges,mash or chips
