Cheesy Potato Spuds

RECIPE

Boil 8 potatoes in salt water till tender
Cut deep cross on each potato,and press open
Layer in pyrex
Prepare two packets knorr sauces as per instructions
1. Cheese and peppercorn flavour
2.Three cheese flavour
Pour over potatoes
Cover with cheese,chopped green pepper and a handful of lightly fried polony (optional)
