Chocolate Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS

125g butter
½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
±2 cups self-raising flour
1 egg
100g choc chips or more if u like
¼ teaspoon fine salt

METHOD

Beat together butter,sugars and vanilla essence.
Add egg and beat well.
Mix in flour and salt.
Add chocolate chips and mix well.
Make small balls with the dough- size of big marbles.
Lightly flatten with fork..
Leave space between biscuits 4 spreading. Bake on 180 deg 4 ± 12 to 15min.
