2 to 3 pieces bone meat 1 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon garlic ½ teaspoon dry thyme 1 teaspoon garlic and herb spice ½ teaspoon lemon pepper 1 teaspoon black pepper Salt dhania (coriander) 1 carrot cubed or grated 1 onion 1 tablespoon White onion soup 1 vegetable soup dilated in 1 cup warm water
Add some oil in the pan Let the onion , carrots and dhania (coriander) dry in the oil until onion soft . Add the ginger garlic braise until you get the smell . Add chicken and the rest of the spices excluding the veggie soup Cook for 5 minutes and add 1 cup of water and allow chicken to steam completely , allowing you to make some chicken broth 1s chicken is fully cooked remove from pot and take out all the meat from bone and add the meat into the pot again . Add the boiled pasta and the veggie and white onion soup water and allow to cook in slow until it thickened .
Garnish with fresh thyme
