1 roll Todays pastry...
Use an airvent,available at hardware shops,or if not available...Use a ruler cut out 2 rectangles..on one of the rectangles cut out blocks with a small square cutter or a square cap of something..My friend used the round lid of her permenant marker....Bake your pastry...Allow to cool..Beat up a fresh cream,until stiff..sandwich both pieces together.warm 3 tablespoon apricot jam in micro..colour with red colouring..fill into holes..Sift top with icing sugar..decorate as desired..(strawberry jam can also be used).
