INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
1 cup castor sugar
¾ cup oil
¼ cup boiling water
1 tap vanilla essence
1 ¼ cup flour
2 ½ tap baking powder sifted.
METHOD
Beat eggs and sugar til white and fluffy
Add in oil and water beat well. Add vanilla was
Fold in sifted ingredients. Pour into cup cake pan and bake at 180 til done.
250 ml fresh cream whipped. Pipe as desired. Deco with granadilla
Granadilla Topping
½ cup sugar and 1/2cup granadilla ( 3 fresh granadillas) boil together
Add abit of yellow coloring
Keep stirring until it boils leave to cool it will thicken automatically
But it don't get very thick
It is bit runny by once on the cake its just sits

I some times buy the ready made granadilla at the bakery. They sell it in tubs and have all different flavours.Realy helps when you in a hurry and tastes very nice.
