Garlic And Pepper Chops With Mushroom Sauce

RECIPE

1 kg chops
½ cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoon crushed garlic
1 tablespoon garlic pepper
½ teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon black black pepper
2 tablespoon garlic flakes
salt
3 tablespoon mayonaise
METHOD
marinate chops in above ingredients for a few hours.
cook with water until done...
MUSHROOM SAUCE
2 cups chopped mushrooms
Saute in butter
Salt and pepper
In ½ cup water dissolve 2 tablespoon mushroom soup powder and 1 tablespoon cornflour..add with 1 x250 ml fresh cream..add to mushrooms,allow to boil and thicken,season with salt to taste..
Place ontop of chops,sprinkle with cheese and sliced peppers and grill in oven
