RECIPE
Boil 3 tomatoes when cool liquidize without peel
In pot put 1 curryspoon ghee (Clarified butter),with whole jeera and 3 slit green chilles
Add ½ kg mutton/steak
Add 2 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ cup sour milk
2 tblps mayonaise
2 teaspoon ginger garlic
Braise well
Add 2 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
1 teaspoon haldi
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon crushed chillies
1 teaspoon tikka or tandoori masala
Salt to taste
Cook till ¾ way done
Add 1 onion quatered and few block green pepper and tomatoes
Simmer till done...
