INGREDIENTS
4 eggs, 1 cup sugar,1 cup milk, 1 cup oil, 2 cups flour, ⅓ teaspoon vanilla essence, 1 tablespoon baking powder, 2 tablespoon dark cocoa powder
METHOD
In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until creamy and light in colour. Add milk and oil and beat. In a separate bowl combine and mix flour, vanilla essence and baking powder. Gradually, add flour mixture to the wet ingredients beat until smooth. Divide the mixture into 2 portion. Keep 1 portion plain add cocoa powder in the remaining and mix well. Preheat the oven. Lightly grease a round pan. Now scoop 3 heaped tablespoon of plain batter into middle of the baking pan. Then scoop 3 tablespoon of cocoa batter and pour it in the center on top of plain batter. DO NOT STOP and wait until the previous batter spreads. Continue until you finish them. Bake in the oven remove from oven and turn the cake back over and let it cool!!!
