600ml fresh cream, 1 tin condensed milk, half cup hot water, 2 tablespoon gelatine, vanilla essence, crushed marie biscuits for decoration.
Whip the fresh cream until fluffy. Add condensed milk and whip a little. Add few drops of vanilla essence. In a pot boil half cup water and add gelatine. Let it cook a little. Then add this to the fresh cream mixture. Pour in a dish and leave it to set in the fridge. When set decorate with crushed marie biscuits which can be coloured as you wish.
