METHOD
Bring cream to the boil, take off the stove and add the chocolate. Mix till melted and well combined. Let it cool by putting it in the freezer for an hour or longer (the longer the better)Once well Chilled, beat with an electric hand beater till thick and use on cakes...or serve as a dessert...
