Creamy Jalopeno And Chicken Tagliatelle

INGREDIENTS

300g chicken fillet 1 onion
2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)/oil 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon salt 1tspn exotic thai spice (Robertsons)
1 teaspoon paprika 3 jalapeno chillies,pickled,whole
125mljalanenosauce 125 ml yogurt
200ml fresh cream

Tagliatelle
300gpasta 1 tablespoon oil
1tblspnghee 1 tablespoon chilli/garlic paste
1 teaspoon thai spice

METHOD

Cut chicken fillet into strips
Braise onions in ghee (Clarified butter)/oil
Add garlic and other spices
Chop jalapeno and add (Iround)
Add jalapeno sauce, yoghurt (warm allow to simmer)and fresh cream
Boil tagliatelle
Stir fry with oil/ghee (Clarified butter) and chilli garlic and exotic thai spice
Place pasta in a platter and top with chicken mixture
