Jam Biscuits

INGREDIENTS

250 g butter
Half cup castor sugar
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla ess
1 tablespoon custard powder
1 tablespoon maziena
Flour as req 2 myk soft dough

METHOD

Mix butter and sugar till creamy. Add egg yolk and vanilla ess mix ώell. Add custard and maziena beat 2gther. Add flour 2 make dough. Use any fancy cutter brush ώith beatn egg white and put sliced almonds.
Bake one 160 til lite brown. Sandwich with jam.
