Custard Layer Slice

RECIPE

1 litre prepared custard
Divide into 3
Color 1 pink
Color 1 green
Leave 1 plain

125g butter
¾ cup castor sugar
Beat till creamy then add
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 cups flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
Form into a soft dough
Divide dough into 7 balls
Roll into round rotis and bake,special care should be taken that roti does not break
Allow to cool
Spread custard over each roti and pile ontop of another..coat last roti with custard and decorate as desired..refrigerate
