Half a kg of chicken fillets
A splash of lemon juice
1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
1 teaspoon chilli powder (kashmiri)
1 teaspoon garam masala
Sprinkle of chicken spice
Clean and cube fillets into biggish cubes.
Marinate with spices
Put oil onto a hot griddle pan and cook cubes untill charred.
Serve with a salad or garlic naan

For the garlic potatos. Wash potatos and slice thinly not going all the way through the potato.... Place blobs of herb butter into the slits and cover in foil. Bake at 180 for about 45 min or untill soft.
