1 ½ CUPS FLOUR
1 CUP SUGAR
3 EGGS
4 teaspoon. BAKING POWDER
8 teaspoon. COCOA POWDER
½ CUP MILK
1 TIN CARAMEL TREAT
METHOD
BEAT ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT CARAMEL TREAT
TOGETHER. UNTIL LIGHT AND FLUFFY.
BEAT CARAMEL TREAT IN SEPERATE BOWL AND
LEAVE ASIDE.
FILL CUP HALFWAY WITH BATTER, THEN SPOON A
1TSP. FULL OF CARAMEL TREAT, THEN LASTLY FILL
THE REST OF THE CUP WITH BATTER.
BAKE FOR 15-20 minutes. OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
WHILE THEY ARE STILL HOT, SPREAD A VERY THIN
LAYER OF TREAT ON THE TOP, THEN ALLOW TO
COOL.
WHEN COOL, PIPE FREASH CREAM ON THE TOP AND
DECORATE WITH ½ A ROLO ON THE TOP.
