RECIPE
500g chana flour
1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
½ cup milk
Rub between fingers till it resembles breadcrumbs
Heat 500g ghee (Clarified butter) in a thick based pot
Add chana mixture and continue stirring to avoid scorching till light in color and dry (30-40 minutes)
Allow to cool
Once cool add 375g icing sugar and 1 cup chopped almonds..rub till well mixed
Decorate and enjoy
