INGREDIENTS
6 fresh bread rolls
200grams butter/margarine or a combination
4/5 tablespoons lemon juice
Half a teaspoon of garlic salt, salt, lemon pepper
1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
3 teaspoon crushed garlic
dried parsley and mixed herbs to taste
METHOD
1. Cut a piece of thick foil - big enough to place the rolls and fold over to cover all
2. Melt the butter or margarine until soft but not melted.
3. Add all the other ingredients except the rolls and mix well.
4. Taste the garlic butter and adjust to taste.
5. Slit rolls down the middle. Smear the butter inside as well as under and on top of the rolls generously.
6. Bake in 180 deg oven.
7. Theres no necessity in pre heating the oven.
