INGREDIENTS
2 chickens without skin
For the marination:
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon Blackpepper
2 teaspoon Chillieflakes
Chilie powder(according to how hot you want it)
little bit of tandoori spice
1 teaspoon heaped Garlic paste
Robertsons chicken spice
Tomatoe sauce
Few tabs of oil
Abit of chicken orange color
For the sauces:
Butter
Salt
1-2tabs parika
1tab chilie flakes
1 teaspoon chilie powder
Tomatoe sauce
Mayonaisse
METHOD
Marinate the chicken with al the the marination ingredients and best to lev it over night for better taste
Braii the chicken or you can grill it
In a pan melt buttrr add salt parika chilie flakes chilie powder den add the tomatoe sauce and mayoniase let to simmer then brush dis sauce over the chicken..put the chicken in a oven tray and blobs off buter on top..jus bfr servng switch in the grill for 10 minutes and serve hot with chips amd steamed veg..
