INGREDIENTS
Layer dish with tennis biscuits
1 layer is sufficient
Bring milk, butter & sugar to a slow boil
Make a paste with maziena & little milk
Add eggs & vanilla ess to make a paste. Now add this to heated milk. Stir continuously until it resembles a thick with sauce. Pour over tennis biscuits carefully. Sprinkle cinnamon & refrigerate.
8 tablespoon Sugar
Approx ¼ - ½ cup maziena (I put less than ½)
Little milk
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla ess
