INGREDIENTS
Carrot Cake
1 ½ cups flour
1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
1 cup sugar
¾ teaspoon bicarb
1 ¼ teaspoon cinamon
1 cup peacan nuts
1 cup oil
3 eggs
2 cups carrots
METHOD
Beat the sugar and oil then beat the eggs in separately. Add dry ingredients and fold in carrots and nuts.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180`
