125g butter.
1and ¾ cup castor sugar.
4 eggs.
1 teaspoon vanilla essence.
Pinch of salt.
2 cups flour.
4 teaspoon baking powder.
1 cup milk.
Method.
Cream butter and sugar till creamy. Add eggs one @ a tym. Add vanilla essence. Now add sifted flour, baking powder and salt. Lastly add milk. Grease a rectangular tray or cup cake pans use spray and cook. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
1cup water.
1 and3/4 cup icing sugar.
Blob of butter.
½ teaspoon vanilla essence.
3 tablespoon cocoa powder.
Boil altog, when cool dip cake and roll in coconut.
