INGREDIENTS
500g self raising flour
1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
1 cup sugar
250g butter
2 tab sunflower seeds
2 tab aniseed
2 tab coconut
½ cup chopped almonds and pecans
1 cup all bran flakes
Enough yogurt to make a soft dough or sour milk ȋ̊Ƒ Y̲ọ̥υ don't hå√ë yogurt
METHOD
Melt butter and add to dry ingredients. add rest of ingredients and yogurt and make a soft dough. Pat into a swissroll pan, sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Make cutting marks and bake at 180deg till done. Remove and wait until cool before cutting into strips. Then put back into a warm oven and allow to get crisp.
