4 cups flour
1 cup jungle oats
250g butter
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup sliced almond or cashews
3 tablespoon baking powder (level)
1 tablespoon tal (sesame seeds)
2 ½ tablespoon somph
2 tablespoon sunflower seeds (I omitted)
3 eggs
1 ¼ cup castor sugar
1 cup sour milk
Mix flour, jungle oats, salt, baking powder together and rub in butter to resemble bread crumbs.
Add in the nuts, tal (sesame seeds), somph and sunflower seeds .
In a separate bowl mix together the eggs, sugar and sour milk and add to flour mixture. Make a soft and sticky dough.
Grease tray and bake at 180 for about 45 minutes.
Cool completely and cut it up and put back into oven and bake at 100 for about 3 hours
