
Chocolate Brownies

250g butter and 200g dark chocolate..but
I mixed dark and normal. Melt this
together.
Then beat 4eggs and 1 cup castor sugar.
Add the chocolate to the eggs.
Add 1 cup pecans and ⅓ cup flour and
pour in a greased pyrex and bake for
25min on 180 degrees.
Melt 100g normal chocolate, 50g dark and
60ml fresh cream and throw over when its
straight out of the oven
