Roll out pastry not to thin. Cut into squares. Fill a teaspoon jam into each square. Fold over into a triangle and press down to seal. Put on a greased baking tray. Bake @ 200' for 15 minutes. Until golden and pastry has fuffed up. When done dust sifted icing sugar on top

Can also make cream slices. Just bake the pastry then separate in 2 when baked.
cool and pipe fresh cream on top then place the other piece on top of cream.
Dust with sifted icing sugar
