INGREDIENTS
1 kg Chicken fillets (butterflied)
2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 - 2 tablespoon Green Masala (Ground green chillies / duneya / garlic paste)
½ teaspoon fine dhanya
¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
salt to taste
white sesame seeds
METHOD
Mix together mayo, green masala, dhana and arad (Turmeric)
marinate fillets in mixture for about 30min
remove fillets from marinade, and dip into sesame seeds and fry in ghee (Clarified butter)
