1 kg chicken fillet or Steak
2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon crushed Jeeru (Cumin)/cumin
2 teaspoon lemon pepper
3 teaspoon red chillies
2 teaspoon chilli sauce
2 teaspoon ground garlic
2 teaspoon barbeque sauce
4 tablespoon vinegar.
Oil for cookingVEGETABLES
2 onions
1 green peppers ( yellow and red optional)
Carrots cut julliane
Mushrooms
(1 cup Mix veg ) ȋ̊Ƒ Y̲ọ̥υ don't hå√ë above veggies
SAUCE:
4 tablespoon peri – peri sauce
3 tablespoon mayonnaise
3 tablespoon Worcesteshire sauce
2 tablespoon tomato sauce
Method
:Cut fillet into small strips. Marinate the fillet in the spices, sauces and vinegar for 2-3 hours. Heat the oil and cook until fillet is tender. Add water if required.Method for Vegetables:slice onions thinly. Cut green, red and yellow peppers into strips. Heat oil and stir fry the onions and peppers ñ∂ rest Øf veggies and add to fillet. Mix all the sauces together. Add sauce to fillet and vegetables. Simmer until slightly thick.NOTE: spagetti can be added or pasta Øf choice
